The next board meeting will be Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at the Moffat Community Center. The next clean up day is planned for Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. until noon. If temperature is below 50 degrees or if rain is falling at 9:00 am, we will postpone this workday until April 12th, 2025. Meet us at the Pavilion at Moffat Cemetery. Lots of Volunteers needed to help! Please bring your own glove and tools!
We will put out flags on Saturday, May 24, 2025 and pick them back up on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
“Current Cost of each Plot (5’x10′) is $350, to be paid by Check or in Cash. (Call Ruth Beck, President). We do not accept credit or debit cards. No more than one (1) casket or four (4) cremations may be buried in each plot. An additional “Gate Fee” of $150 will be charged at the time of each internment and may be paid through the funeral home. Be sure to ask your chosen funeral home if you may pay it through them. This fee helps cover the cost to clean up and maintain gravesites after burial. We are not a perpetual care cemetery. Maintenance is done by Volunteers and a few paid workers.”
